About the Villa

Our villa has recently been refurbished to a contemporary style with an open plan kitchen, spacious living area, and 4 bedrooms. The main living / dining / kitchen areas and bathrooms have all been tiled. From the lounge area you have patio doors leading to the pool area. The swimming pool can be heated if required at an extra cost.

Accommodation

Enter through the front door and step into the large living room, with high cathedral ceiling, comprising of the lounge and dining area, it is a light and airy space to relax in after a day at the parks. The kitchen comes fully equipped with breakfast nook and all mod cons leading to the heart of the villa.

Lounge

We have upgraded all the furniture offering an exceptionally high degree of comfort and luxury. One of the 3 sofas convert into a double bed so the villa is able to sleep up to 10 people and the patio doors look out on to a very inviting pool area. Vaulted ceilings give you a wonderful feeling of space and size.

Included in the room is a Flat screen 32 inch LCD TV with cable, DVD/Video. We have also added a ceiling fan in the lounge area.

Kitchen

Our kitchen is fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, large fridge freezer and all the crockery, glassware and utensils you will possibly need. Luxury Italian Porcelain floor tiles have been added. This makes it home from home for the chef and can save you a lot of money on eating out. Come back from a day out and just knock up a quick meal you fancy instead of visiting a restaurant. If you have small children, accommodating their needs will be much easier. Or simply have a glass of wine or beer by the pool. We also have added a large washing machine, tumble drier located in the utility room and clothes line located in the double garage.

Master Bedroom

This room is especially fitted out to make sure the parents also have their little bit of luxury. The furniture was new in 2006 and the bed is a Super King size which is absolutely huge. There is a walk in closet (wardrobe) for you to put away your suitcases and hang all your clothes. A dresser unit to match the furniture is also in the room. Also another 15in Flat screen TV with cable is installed for your pleasure.

In addition we have installed the computer in this room so you have broadband live connection or wireless so you can take your laptop to the pool and keep in touch with business when the rest of the family are swimming. Leading off the master room you have your on suite shower, bath and twin sinks. A pool door also gives access from the en-suite to the pool deck area. Luxury Italian Porcelain Floor Tiles have been added to the bathroom. Don't worry about linen, pool towels and luxury bath towels as they are all taken care of and included free of charge.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and built in closet with bedside cabinets and a tall drawer unit so there is plenty of storage space to put all your purchases from the fantastic shopping in Kissimmee.

The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, along with plenty of built in closet storage and a free standing drawer unit. Again there is plenty of storage space for all those purchases. These 2 bedrooms are ideal for children as they are at the opposite end from the adult rooms.

Pool Area

On your return from the theme parks, the pool will be waiting to relax you after your days out to the amazing parks or shops. Our pool area is screened, very private and enjoys the sun until late afternoon. We also provide comfortable sun loungers, chairs and patio table so you can sit out in the evening heat with a barbecue (supplied) and a well earned glass of wine until the early hours.

The pool has heating facilities and we recommend that you budget for this during the cooler months between October - April. The pool screen ensures the Florida bugs are kept out and you can sunbathe in peace, or feel free to take the poolside furniture into the garden area which is laid to grass.

Sun loungers and plastic chairs are available for you to use. Use of the BBQ is free of charge. The front of the villa has lighting to assist you when entering in the dark.
